Foundation & Super Structure

Reinforced concrete pile foundation. The superstructure consists of reinforced concrete columns, beams, walls and slabs.

Walls

All external walls and major walls are reinforced concrete.Internal walls are hollow cement blocks. Internal walls are smooth finished with emulsion paint. External walls will be a Polyurethane (PU) paint system with a 10 year warranty.

Ceilings

Skim coated soffit or suspended ceiling with emulsion paint in all living and common areas.

Floors

Polished porcelain tiles in all living areas and semi polished porcelain tiles in all service areas and balcony.

Doors

All doors are painted engineered timber doors. Fire rated doors for all main doors and public areas.

Windows

All windows and external sliding doors are tempered glass with UV stabilized tropicalized uPVC frames.

Kitchen

Fully fitted state of the art imported kitchen cabinets with a standalone oven & hob with a hood and a washing machine will be provided.

Fire Protection & Detection System

Wet riser system with fire fighting hose reels and fire extinguishers at each level. Fire and gas detection and protection systems are present throughout the building.

Electricity

National grid with prime rated back up generators for all apartments and common areas.

Bathroom Accessories

Porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling level, shower cubicle, shower, washbasin, WC, mirror, mixer taps, hand bidet shower, towel rail and toilet paper holder.

Air Conditioning & Ventilation

Master bedrooms are equipped with inverter air conditioners and ceiling fans. Where toilets are not naturally ventilated, they are mechanically ventilated. All kitchens have extractor fans.
